I'll take you through the warmest, safest, self exploration and release techniques you've ever experienced. From breathwork to meditation, inner child work to feminine reconnection - you won't just experience this coaching in your mind, you'll FEEL the up level in your body as you release the old and step into the new.
• Customised Journalling: If we want BIG answers, we gotta ask BIG questions. I will set you up with the juiciest questions to help you connect with yourself more deeply, create more self-honesty and self-trust.
