Day One: Self Connection
You’ll choose an area of life you want to take to #bestlifestatus and tap into what you really want and need to make it happen. Connect with your intuition and honour your body instead of powering ahead with the aggressive ‘start on Monday’ plan like usual.
Day Two: A New Way Of Healing
Begin to acknowledge and actually let go of the beliefs that you are not good enough or worthy of the outcome you’re dreaming of. We’ll begin working with our inner child to soothe strong reactions or self sabotage patterns that keep us stuck.
Day Three: Big, Bold Moves for your Best Life
Get clear on what exactly needs to be done to create change and honour the fears and resistance still present. Lean into some powerful tools that help you feel safe enough to take the leap and go all in.
Each day includes a regulation experience you can return to again and again as you make your next big moves. This work will serve you for life 🫶
